This commit includes both a typo fix in the `icons.ts` file, and substituting hard-coded color hex codes with corresponding Tailwind color palette names.

The package.json and package-lock.json files have been updated to include new development tools: Prettier, its Astro and TailwindCSS plugins, and a package called preline.
