chore: mettre à jour ESLint et simplifier la config

Browse source 
Upgrade eslint-config-next vers v15 pour correspondre à Next.js 15. Simplifie .eslintrc.json (next/core-web-vitals + prettier). Retire @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin et @typescript-eslint/parser devenus inutiles.
